We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Every Velvet Rabbit piece comes with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty ensures that your jewelry is free from material defects in craftsmanship and materials, and that it has been manufactured to the highest standards.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our jewelry pieces featuring the Robot Man design.

What is Covered?

  • Material Defects: We guarantee that your 925 silver purchase is free from any material defects in craftsmanship and materials.
  • Workmanship: This warranty covers any defects or damages to the connection, chain, or mechanism of the robot caused by natural causes, excluding damages resulting from physical impact or mishandling. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

     

What is not Covered?

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing that may occur over time.
  • Loss or Theft: We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your jewelry.
  • Unauthorised Repairs: If your jewelry has been repaired or modified by anyone other than us.
  • Accidental Damage: Accidental damage, such as dropping or crushing the jewelry, is not covered under this warranty.

    Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or damage resulting from improper care or unauthorized repairs. We recommend following our Care & Repair guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that the initial shipping fee and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
